Tangram Health is a connected network of 6 allied health clinics around the North and North-West Suburbs of Sydney with almost 20 health professionals (and growing!). We all work together as part of a multidisciplinary team to help people reach their health goals. We speak to GP's daily, work closely with specialists, local sports teams, businesses, and the community to help real people with real health problems everyday. We like to think of ourselves as the clinics with the people that can handle even the most complex of health conditions, and make sure we all have the right knowledge and skills to do this.
In a typical week, you'll see so many interesting cases! From broken bones, post-surgical rehabilitation (shoulders and knees especially), sports injuries (we sponsor and look after a few local sports teams), work injuries, motor vehicle injuries, pre-employment screens, your everyday sore backs, knees, and shoulders in kids, mums, and dads, and people needing exercise to manage their chronic health conditions (like diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, osteoporosis, and maintaining optimal weight). Everyday is a little bit different which makes work so much more rewarding and fun! We only offer one on one appointments with our patients, so you can have the time and privacy to get to know your patients story and give them the right treatment they need. You'll be giving out practical advice and education, performing detailed assessments to determine patient needs, and designing and delivering well thought out exercise programs that really target what people need to help them.
We're currently looking for a new Exercise Physiologist to join the team at our Dural, Hornsby, Milsons Point, and Blacktown clinics. You'll get a competitive salary that increasingly rewards your time, experience, and performance with us, and lots of extra perks to make sure you're getting the right work life balance!
