What We Do

There’s a saying that to a man with a hammer, every problem is a nail. We are the exact opposite. Instead of taking a cookie cutter approach, we tailor our care just for you.

We offer a wide range of allied health services to the Asquith, Mount Kuring-Gai, Blacktown, Dural, and Milsons Point communities.

Physiotherapy

Our Physiotherapists can assess, diagnose, treat, and prevent a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders, by helping to repair damage, reduce stiffness and pain, increase mobility and improve your quality of life.

Chiropractic

Our Chiropractors can assess, diagnose, treat, and prevent a wide range of health conditions focusing on spinal conditions affecting the neck and back.

Dietetics

Our Dietitians provide expert nutrition and dietary advice for people of all ages. They can help if you have a food allergy, high cholesterol, diabetes, cancer, gastrointestinal diseases, or if you are overweight or underweight.

Podiatry

Our Podiatrists can help to prevent, diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions including in-grown toenails, heel and arch pain, skin problems, balance issues, sprains, and foot problems that arise from diabetes and arthritis.

Exercise Physiology

Our Exercise Physiologists can prescribe an individualised exercise program to help manage a wide range of health conditions including obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, osteoarthritis, back pain, and knee pain.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make an appointment?

If you would like to make an appointment with one of our Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Exercise Physiologists, Dietitians, or Podiatrists, simply click the Book Online button at the top of this page to get started. If you would like to speak to someone, you can scroll down to the bottom of this page and call the clinic you would like to visit.

What should I bring and wear to my first appointment?

During your first appointment, it is best arrive an extra 10 minutes before your appointment to complete some forms. Please also bring any referrals from your GP or Specialist, any medical scans or blood test results you might have, and wear some loose fitting clothing (especially shorts if you have a lower leg problem and are seeing the Physiotherapist or Chiropractor). This makes it easier for us to assess the area.

What is the cost to see the Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist, or Podiatrist?

The fees for your Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Dietetics, or Podiatry session will depend on any referrals you might have from your GP and whether you have private health insurance.

For those who have a care plan or EPC referral from your GP, this will cost around $20 to see the Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, and Exercise Physiologist (30 minute appointments). For the Dietitian, the cost is around $50 for the first appointment (60 minutes), and $25 for a follow up appointment (30 minutes). For the podiatrist, all EPC referrals are bulk billed.

For those with Private Health Insurance, most funds cover around 50% of the consult fees, and most people pay around $50 for their first consultation, and around $40 for any follow up consultations. This may vary based on the level of cover you have, and it is best to check with your health insurance company for more accurate quotations.
