Our Physios help with injuries to your joints or muscles like back, neck, knee, or elbow pain, rehabilitation following surgery, sports, or work injuries, casting and splinting bone fractures, and managing neurological injuries like Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, or after stroke.
Our Chiros help with many spinal conditions such as back pain, scoliosis, sciatica, disc injuries, neck pain, headaches, whiplash, and even jaw (TMJ) issues too. We use a mix of hands on treatment as well as exercise rehabilitation to stop issues from coming back.
Our Exercise Physiologists can help design an exercise program to help manage any diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, osteoporosis, lose weight, and prevent falls. They can also help you strengthen and condition the body after any workplace injuries, surgeries, and sports performance.
Our Dietitians can help create personalised eating plans for people to better manage their weight, diabetes, cholesterol, irritable bowel syndrome, reflux, and any food intolerances.
Our Podiatrists can help with many foot problems such as bunions, warts, in grown toe nails, diabetic foot checks, children's flat feet, foot wear assessments, and custom orthotics.
We work closely with the team of GP's and medical specialists at Asquith Doctors and can speak directly to them about any medical issues we find, or get help organising any necessary referrals.
At Asquith Health, all our sessions are run as one on one consultations in a private room. This gives us the time and space to really get to know you and hear your story, perform a proper assessment of your condition, and give you the right treatment to get you back on track. We also have a mini gym where we can guide you through all the exercises you'll need to do to get better.
Located inside the Asquith Doctors medical centre, opposite the Coles, Supersave Chemist, and BP Service Station in Asquith. There is free parking available along Wattle Street and in the Coles carpark, and we are a short walk away from the Asquith train station.
