Janet has spent the last 4 years developing her skills and practice at the Australian Catholic University and is adept at using evidence-based techniques in treating all musculoskeletal conditions. Janet is particularly passionate in the area of Women’s Health, to which she brings her personal experience and skillset to the benefit of her patients. She prides herself on understanding others’ perspectives and respecting their beliefs, and it is these skills that she values most when practicing holistically in the clinic and in her personal life.
Since graduation, Janet has undertaken continuous professional development and has become a qualified Gender Health Physiotherapist with hopes to specialise in antenatal and postpartum recovery. She is able to incorporate personal pregnancy experience into evidence-based research in these fields to provide optimum care.
