Alex has spent over 5 years at university graduating with both a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic. In this time Alex has developed a passion in helping people, with a key interest in sports; especially boxing.
Since his graduation Alex has continued his education in undertaking a Master of Research under supervisor Dr. Reidar Lystad at Macquarie University where Alex rubbed shoulders with researchers from the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS). Currently his research focus is boxing injury and performance and was fortunate enough to present these findings at the 2018 Sports Medicine Australia Conference. Alex plans to pursue a PhD in boxing injury prevention after the completion of his Master of Research.
Alex is a qualified level 2 sports trainer and has been involved with various sports and teams from an amateur to elite level.
